1. Introduction

Welcome to Jee Singh Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or engaging our services.

2. About Jee Singh Studio

Jee Singh Studio provides professional website design, branding, and digital consultancy services for businesses and individuals globally. All services are delivered under these Terms, the agreed proposal, and applicable UK laws including GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Services Provided

Our services may include:

Website design and development
Branding and visual identity
SEO setup and analytics configuration
Hosting, maintenance, or migration support
Digital consultancy and 1-to-1 sessions

The scope of work and deliverables will be clearly defined within your proposal or quote prior to project commencement.

4. Quotes, Proposals & Acceptance

All proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Work will only commence once the client has:
1. Provided written acceptance of the proposal, and
2. Paid the required deposit or full upfront amount as stated in the quote.
Acceptance of a quote or deposit payment confirms agreement to these Terms.

5. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

A minimum deposit of 50% is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to website handover or launch.
All invoices are payable in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Stripe, or other secure methods specified on the invoice.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of creative and digital work:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Once work has commenced, no refunds are available for work completed, research undertaken, or digital files delivered.
Partial refunds may be considered only if Jee Singh Studio terminates a project before commencement.

Late Payments

If payment is delayed by more than 14 days, we reserve the right to:

Pause or withdraw services; and
Apply a 5% late payment fee per month until the balance is cleared.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide all required text, images, and content necessary to complete the project.
Ensure all supplied materials are owned or properly licensed.
Approve or respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe to maintain project schedules.

Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend delivery timelines. Jee Singh Studio is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or third-party dependencies.

7. Project Timelines

Estimated project durations will be provided in your proposal. While every effort is made to meet deadlines, timelines are subject to change based on revisions, client response times, and scope adjustments.

8. Revisions & Project Changes

Each website package includes a fixed number of revision rounds to ensure clarity and quality:

Essential Website Package: Up to 2 rounds of revisions after the initial preview.
Prestige Website Package: Up to 5 rounds of revisions covering design and content alignment.
Professional Website Package: Flexible revision process during active development, with collaborative checkpoints.

Revisions are defined as reasonable design or content adjustments within the agreed scope. Requests outside this scope — such as new pages, functionalities, or redesigns — may incur additional fees.

9. Support & Handover Sessions

Post-launch support varies per package:

Essential Package: 7-day support window for technical fixes or small adjustments.
Prestige Package: 14-day dedicated support, with optional 1-to-1 guidance session.
Professional Package: 14-day ongoing support after launch, including delivery of a PDF handover guide covering website management and maintenance.

Support beyond these timeframes can be arranged through a separate maintenance or retainer agreement.

10. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All creative concepts, code, and assets produced by Jee Singh Studio remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, ownership of the completed website files, imagery (where licensed), and design assets transfers to the client.
We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a written NDA prohibits this.

11. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We are committed to protecting your data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal data is collected solely for legitimate business use (e.g. communication, invoicing, and service delivery).
Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties unless required by law.
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting contact@jeesinghstudio.com.

12. Confidentiality

All confidential information exchanged during a project will remain private and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

13. Liability Disclaimer

Jee Singh Studio shall not be liable for:

Any loss of profits, business, or data due to project delays or third-party issues.
Hosting outages, plugin incompatibilities, or software updates beyond our control.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches these Terms.
Upon termination:

All work completed to date remains billable.
Any outstanding payments become immediately due.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, pandemics, or political unrest.

16. Portfolio & Attribution

We may display completed projects in our portfolio to showcase our work. Any sensitive or non-public work will only be shown with client permission.
If you prefer your project not to appear in our portfolio, please notify us in writing prior to final delivery.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

18. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
